How are you ? April is started already and how life is going? Steady or with full speed? Mine is going with full speed. Mini vacation are over and school has started. Good food is equals to good mood.  I always want to start our family weekend in a helathy way. It is relaxing and we generally get up late. So most of the time breakfast is special. Because it is family time and everyone is present for the first meal.  Sabudana wada is nothing but the dumpling made up of the mixture of sago, potato and penaut with some spices. In India it is mostly consider as the Fast meal.  It is one of famous street food and traditional fasting dish of Maharashtra. Every person in Maharashtrian family like this dish. Basically it is fritters and taste yummy when served with coconut chutney or curd accompained hot ginger tea.😋 I never keep any fast nor my hubby have it.😉 But this is one of my favorite food. They said involve kids in cooking if you want to feed them healthy food. When kids prepare food or help you in preparing food chances are they will finish food quickly. And it is true. (Exprienced mom 😎). French Toast sandwich are very well known to us. Those who don't know it is a bread dipped in the mixture of egg, milk and vanilla essence.  I add up cheese only😉 but it is different.   It is kid version. We mom always like to feed healthy food. Weight a minutes, sandwich are in healthy food group na? I guess yes subject to condition the bread should be whole wheat and inside of the sandwich all material should be healthy. 😉Right? Life keeps on changing. Season come and goes quickly. Ones you start enjoy every season of life you will be the happiest version of yourself. And you will surprised to see how  you evolved through the time.  I remember how calm my life was before my twinee. Me and my daughter used to hang out most of the time. We laughed a lot, roam here and there, enjoyed our scooty drive to school,  errands and had dance session together.😊 Beautiful memories ! New season of my life begin with twins. Once you deliver a baby and start to feed this tiny human being you have to take care of your diet. At least for the first 8 to 10 weeks after delivery, you must take a lot of liquid diets. Means eat everything in liquid form - Chapati, halva, dal, fenugreek vegetable, kheer, milkshakes, and Chicken and vegetable soup . Basically, you have to drink water and water. Water is the most important factor in our breast milk. The doctor advised having 2 glasses of water before breastfeeding and after breastfeeding. Even if you feel you drink enough water there is always a requirement to consume more.  Doctors and elders in my family also suggested having chicken in your diet. Yes, chicken. Hello all, Hope you are doing well. It’s been a long gap being an active on my blog. I enjoyed my twin motherhood journey but I wanted to get back on my blog too.
