HEALTHY DINNER FOR WEEK : MARCH 2024

Image
How are you ? April is started already and how life is going? Steady or with full speed? Mine is going with full speed. Mini vacation are over and school has started. Again we are busy with school, study little bit and toddlers play time. Healthy dinners are the most important part of our Indian houses. We Indian families have everyday dinner together because it is the time where we meet each other and we talk with each other.  This was the scene of our childhood lives. Many of you agreed with it.  But,  In my house dinner time is where we strictly off the screens whether it is big or small screens and talk over the meal.  Dinner is the special time where we all have meals with discussion and laughter so we did it mindfully.  A healthy dinner has always been my goal. Earlier there was a house help when my baby was small but now we don't have any help. So the goal is to cook food at home and have a meal with the family, which is sometimes very difficult. But with meal planning I ma

Visit to Ramoji Rao City

Do u like South Indian Movies? Nitin loved it a lot! Some pictures I do love, like Magdheera, Bahubali, etc. The major south Indian films were shooted at Raomji Rao Film Studio or city. There were a lot of Indian movies, which are picturized in this film studio. When Nitin, told me that, we would be going to Hyderabad, my first reaction was, shall we visit Ramoji Rao studio? Because it actually far away from Hyderabad city and one day is not enough to cover up the film city. People, if you want to see this film studio either you go early before 9.00 am or the best option is to stay over there at least 3 to 4 days, then only you will get to see the beautiful film city. The Ramoji Film City in India is the largest integrated film city in the World. At 1500 acres, it is the world’s largest film studio. (Gunnies world record). It is also a popular tourism and recreation center, containing both natural and artificial attractions including amusement parks. (Source: Wikipedia) I

Trip to Hussain Sagar

Image
Happy Monday, Hussain Sagar- HEART OF THE WORLD’ recognition by UNWTO.  Giant Buddha Statue stands on Gibraltar Rock in the middle of the lake. Heritage of the Hyderabad. The first week of September 2016, we had a blast! Yup..an official tour of Nitin but we enjoy the small vacation/office tour. We took off on Saturday and reached at Hyderabad at 10 pm at Government Guest House Nirman Bhavan. It was an official trip so we have to stay at Guesthouse, which was better than a hotel in terms of budget and cleanliness too. Only one drawback is there that you will not get any bed tea or breakfast at your room. We liked it because it was right in the middle of the city from which each major area like Like bus stop, airport, railway station and hotels were easily accessible. CPWD office and Guest House Nirman Bhavan where we stay Uber is the best travelling vehicle we used a lot. I will suggest you if you are going to Hyderabad use Uber only, it will give best

Raksha Bandhan

Hello there, I am little bit late on posting of the event of Candy Kids Raksha Bandhan. Raksha Bandhan is an old ancient Indian festival that carries on this day. Sisters do aarti for brothers, put kumkum and rice grain on his forehead and tie rakhi on their brother’s wrist to pray for the safety, success and long life of the brothers. Brothers on their part vow to defend their sisters from all evils. It is deep bond between brother and sister. The most important thing is to prepare the Pooja thali with Rakhi, fistful rice grain, kumkum, diya and sweet. Raksha Bandhan was celebrated on 16 th August 2016 as a Traditional Day in Candy Kids Playgroup hosting by Anu. She asked the girls to bring Rakhi and Chocolates to the boys. All kiddos look charming in traditional wearing. Without wasting, a time let us have all cuty cuty pics. All girls with rakhi Boys with Choclates Anu showed how to do Aarti. These small kiddos doing aarti and tied rakhi. M
